Booked on Expedia. Com. They tried to charge my credit card the morning of my planned stay, apparently it didn't go through for whatever reason....and so they cancelled the reservation I had in place for over a month. So I show up 1.5 hours after the "reservation" can't be guaranteed to be told that there are now no rooms available!! Why the hell are you charging for a room before I show up...unheard of!! Charge me if I DON'T show up like every other hotel on the planet !

Our towel had old brown stains. They need to have a quality review of their towel. Absolutely disgusting to see towel with brown stains.

It was a terrible experience and I did not feel safe there

Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

Parking is available, lots of places to eat, be entertained all within walking distance. Great location, friendly staff and always a lovely stay.

The property was very clean.

The was to many people for small area for breakfast had to wait 45 min for toast one toaster for 45 to 60 people
