I ask for a printed receipt at checkout and the clerk stated he wasn’t able to give me one because I booked through Expedia. On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair. Aside from these issues, once having gotten past them, the room I actually stayed in was fine. I was given an excuse concerning coffee maker, but clerk went to look for free coffee and a couple paper coffee cups for me which took roughly fifteen minutes after having to return with my gear. I washed the coffee maker with hot water and a small bar of soap and a face cloth and set it to dry for the morning and it looked like new again, so it was alright. Thais was my experience.
