Hotel really quaint, food in restaurant nice, bar area also really nice! Our room was well decorated with lovely bathroom only small but everything you require! The only thing I would suggest is that there was an iron and ironing board in the room!

The front of house staff were excellent - everything we asked for was provided - 'no problem Sir'. They were let down a bit by their colleagues behind the scenes - we were served the wrong food and there was a long wait for it. We spoke to some locals who visit quite often and they said the food hadn't been so good recently. But we'll be back!!

Great staff room.. Restaurant absolutely rubbish.

Room was good. Fridge did not work. Loads of space. Little tired in places. Bar good. Staff in bar and reception good. Restaurant experience was abismal absolutely atrocious.. Was shown to a wobbly table then offered beer mats to stop the wobbly. Made Made the centre of amusement for the rest of the restaurant to laugh at and make fun of. When we asked to move the guy said. If you want!!! Rude beyond belief. We quickly left and did not eat. We ordered a takeaway to our room. Room was excellent. Bar excellent. Restaurant and staff shockingly bad.. We are mega pissed off!!!
