호텔 위치나 전반적 직원들의 친절도 및 청결함은 만족스러웠음. 다만 이 호텔의 가장 단점은 그 나라 관광객들이 꽤 옴....가족단위 관광객들도 많음. 그래서 진짜 애들이 뛰어다니고...꽥꽥거리고... 그 나라 관광객들은 특히 문도 쾅쾅 목소리도 크고 최악이었음...ㅠ 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 서양인들은 다 조용하고 좋은데 중동쪽 가족단위나 그 나라 관광객 가족단위들은 시끄럽고....어쨌든 덕분에 방을 두번이나 바꿈..ㅎ

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Such a fantastic hotel and the staff were so lovely and helpful. It was the reception person's birthday and he gad learnt all our names and even shared cakes with us. The rooms were amazing and the buffet breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.

The stars of this hotel definitely are the staff members. Cara and the rest of the staff at the front desk do every reasonable thing to make your stay comfortable. Second best is the breakfast. There is a nice selection of food attractively presented. As is common across Asia, the beds are quite firm. The pillows here are excellent. Some people may complain that the photographs are apparently enhanced by AI, and that's not an unfair complaint. But the rest of that story is that every hotel against whom they are competing is enhancing their photographs. It would be impossible to compete using natural lighting and photographs that were untouched. Until there is a law that applies to all of them, it's probably not fair to pick on one of them.
