It was a good stay. I enjoyed it.

Our first room had a musty smell and management once they heard this from me, upgraded us to another room on the same day, which was awesome by all the staff involved in making this happen. Our new room was 10 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Loved this hotel resort and spa Rooms were spotless Massage and pedicure at the spa was great The bed and pillows were very comfortable Breakfast was lovely Set back from the road and very peaceful Free shuttle to the beach and Hoi an Last but not least all the staff were very friendly and helpful ❤️

This was such a disappointing experience that it honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. The first impression was poor from the start, the hotel advertises itself as a boutique stay, but it was nothing like that in reality. The first night was appalling, with a room that smelled strongly of smoke, forcing us to request a move. We couldn’t even properly unpack because we were unsure if we’d be moved again. The second room wasn’t any better, with broken lights and a phone that didn’t work. Service was inconsistent too, room service was forgotten one day, and there wasn’t even an iron available when needed. It got to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable trying the buffet breakfast because we were worried about what it would be like. Overall, a very poor experience and not one I would recommend.
