Every aspect of the hotel and spa was wonderful. The restaurant is fabulous and the staff superbly professional.

Good stay, convenient location

Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area.

There's no parking at the hotel. You have to go to a "parkhaus". They've plenty.

Room was beyond basic - extremely hot, small, with smelly bedding and a tiny bathroom. No kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer, no fan. No one at reception to help with the uncomfortable conditions in the evening. Also, don't pay the €9.50pp for breakfast. The boulangerie next door has a better offer for €5pp.

Kids loved their downstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The hotel had great air conditioning and unlimited free water.
