The carina bay hotel experience was amazing the staff was amazing , kind and helpful and made my birthday experience wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Waves. The staff was truly helpful and amazing. The room was BEYOND perfect. AMA was amazing, I went twice! I cannot wait to go back

Sand castle was a small but beautiful resort. We got told many of times they have the best beach on the island and from what we seen I believe it. Nice sandy beach with chairs, umbrellas, chair covers and towels. They had everything we needed. It was close to things and not hard to navigate. The beds awe the beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice. We stated in a King suite with a patio and it felt so peaceful until the morning when traffic would start up. However if you just want to relax on the beach don't expect fast service it was hit and miss. One lady was amazing and the other was non existant almost probaly because they automatically add 20% gratuity onto your bill. Just take your cooler that's provided and bring your own drinks. The food and drink prices were fairly expensive as well. Overall I would stay again but would probaly eat elsewhere.

I loved it. The front desk attendant Delia was so sweet and welcoming. She stayed in contact and made sure we were comfortable!

Todo espectacular, muy limpio, excelente servicio, las habitaciones hermosas, grandes y cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó que no tiene playa.

For most of the stay there wasn’t any ac. The staff knew on check in but did not mention it. When we reported it the first and only reply - “you got an email about it” - we did not. The desk guest on our check in was very rude. Up side other staff members were friendly including the supervisor and Pauline was amazing! Other than the heat, the room was very nice. Close to things to see and plenty of food options. The hotel did compensate us for the inconveniences so grateful for that. Would we stay again - not really sure.
