Typical road side motel. Good for a one stop night. Nothing wowing, nothing negative.

The room looked 100% different then the photos shared. They were just basic motel rooms, which fine, it is what it is, I wanted something cheap and I got what I paid for. What I rate them poorly for us their customer service. They charged me a $50 hold, which ok, some hotels/motels do that, but it was a full on transaction, not just a hold. It wasn't released, nothing, was completely taken off and has not even attempted a return. I stayed there almost a month ago now, and still nothing. Have called multiple times, just get told that it could take longer because it was a reliable card, ok, but almost a month now? I've even called and talked to customer service for this branch and nothing, just shows as a transaction from North Platte Inn & Suites. Beyond frustrated with their inability to even try and solve this problem.

Wonderful stay in the business suite. We were unaware there be no utensils or other items in kitchenette but made it work. Quiet, clean and affordable. Great staff.

Good nights sleep

We arrived late at night and were only here to sleep. It did have a full-size fridge and a hot plate type of stove. We were a little surprised to find no dishes, but that was OK. The room could use some updating but overall it was fine.

The room I was given had a dirty bathtub with a dirty ring and a carpet full of dog hair. You could tell that the room had not been cleaned.
