North Palm Springs Vacation Packages

The area was beautiful, and the hotel itself was very nice. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The drains were clogged, our room key occasionally didn’t work, and the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows, leaving gaps that reduced privacy. The hotel also appeared to have a restaurant, but it never seemed to be open or operating during our stay. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Dirty property. Dirty linens, sheets, towels. Dust and crumbs everywhere. Wrong hand soaps provided. Off-brand toiletries. It took 12 hr for the host to respond the first night. I could have stayed elsewhere for much cheaper and cleaner.

We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest bathroom; Guest shower drain clogged in bathroom and drained very slowly; AC vent rattled loudly in master bedroom, and every time it shut off through the night it sounded like a door slamming shut; Old food left in freezer; Several kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them and were dirty; Pool dirty with debris and dead lizards; Broken landscaping lights and other debris/trash in outdoor areas (front porch and around pool); Foosball table broken and unusable; No instructions regarding trash pick up found. Trash bin full upon arrival with little room for our trash; 3rd night - home lost power in master bed and bath. Took several hours to resolve. Communication was poor until a maintenance worker finally called. He was helpful. We took care of the smaller items and worked around things, but wanted the property manager to know so these issues can be fixed for future guests. To date, no acknowledgment or response was received. Would not stay here again.

Everything is good but in palm spring need out door hot tub then it will be perfect

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at this lovely house! The house has loads to do between the game room, pool and outdoor activities, and the house is clean and well appointed.

WOW! First, I have to say our VRBO by another host cancelled 3 hours while we were on our way to Palm Springs, and we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay for 4 days for our daughters cheer competition. When looking for places at that time, this listing popped up and we decided to book it. To be fair, I didnt even look at the pictures, I just saw a place to stay, the right amount of beds and bedrooms and booked it. Right away the host reached out with check in instructions and when we walked in we were in shock. It is a beautiful house with an arcade in the garage, Pickle ball and putting green outside, and the most perfect fire pit next to the pool and spa. We were in awe that this was available for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms and rooms were spacious and had TVs. The middle island was perfect for us all to gather around while we made dinner, and chatted. Because of this, we are hoping to book again next year when we head back to Palm Springs for the cheer competitions, even though this home is in Indio. The drive to Palm Springs in the morning was great, and didnt feel long at all. Our kids were happy, and overall it was an experience we will never forget!
