The lady that we dealt with at check in and checkout was absolutely wonderful. This property is definitely an older property. Outside looks good, but rooms could definitely use some paint and freshening up. Our room felt very stuffy and I’m def not a lover of the carpets. It is definitely dated . But view behind is quite nice. If I was passing through that way again, I would probably book a newer property though.

The room was simple and clean with a beautiful Mountain View where you can watch the sunset from the balcony of your room. Would have been nice if my room had a microwave but other than that it was great. It’s hard to complain about anything when you’re surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. I had a great time there

The one staff we interacted with at the front desk was absolutely delightful ! The beds were comfy. Prime location. Felt quiet/safe. Beautiful mountain view. The added patio was nice. Shower water pressure terrific. I'd definitely stay here again!

While the staff was attentive & helpful & the view beautiful the hotel itself was in very poor condition. Moldy shower curtain, no stopper in sink, dirt accumulation in corners, dirty carpet (white socks were black after walking on it), shower head that pelted you with no adjustment possible and the rattiest towels that were so rough it was like drying off with a loofah. The bed linen was worn & ill fitting. Won’t stay here again. No access to ice machine you had to ask staff to fill your bucket & since there were limited hour you couldn’t get any after they left for the night.

What I like most was as we were checking in. The woman behind the counter was very nice. Had many suggestions of things to do around the property. I knew after talking with her. It was going to be a great stay and it was thanks I will stay there again.

Check-in easy, staff really friendly & helpful. Large Stain in carpet, bathroom sink leaking. Tiny black bugs on bathroom floor noticed on 3rd day Property needs better towels, updated interiors. The Staff were terrific, and should receive bonuses.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the North Conway Mountain Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person, Annie, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it
