The receptionist was lovely, and the lobby had great character and was very welcoming. The room was clean, but very basic. Had a fridge, but no microwave. Had a coffee maker, but no cups to brew the coffee in (got some at the lobby coffee bar). The exterior doors to the building have locks on them that work with the room key, but these locks are not functioning. That being said, we never felt unsafe. The indoor pool is a nice touch. Bottom line is that this hotel has a very good rate for the area, and gives you a nice, simple stay.

We were extremely disappointed. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. There was a peice of dog food on the floor, a used bar of soap in the bathtub, and our cable never worked so we couldn't watch TV. Staff came to our room, picked up the dog food and bar of soap but could not fix the cable.

The room keys didn't work and every time we left the room we had to go back to the front desk and get a new key and this happened at least four times it was very inconvenient. Also we could hear everybody that was above us and beside us in the room. And the rooms are very very outdated.

This place served it's purpose. We only spent one night just to rest our heads between hikes. Decent indoor pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Easy walk to Settlers Green for shopping. We were told our room was in "the new building." I'm not sure how new, but the room could use a little sprucing up. Maybe new showerheads and floors. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Very friendly.

The hotel is an older facility and it shows in the condition of the woodwork in the halls and in the chipped paint on the room doors. Our room was dark with not enough outlets and no ceiling lights other than in the bathroom. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were ample pillows on the bed. I would have liked to have known there was no elevator before I booked a second floor room. Breakfast was good, fresh, plenty of variety, different items daily. I would book again. It was a comfortable, convenient place to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the facility is beautiful, as is much of the interior. The mattress was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the bathroom ceiling needed repair...soon!

Im not sure if it was just my room, or the building (Attitash) I was in but it was not the greatest. The lobby and everywhere else was a major upgrade. My room had cracked linoleum in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, stained lamp shades, mattresses that when sat on squeaked like they were 50 years old.

Totally falling apart. Pavement broken, furniture upholstery torn, no utensils in the "kitchen" . Blinds were broken, appears to be on the verge of a live in flop house. Breakfast the only good thing about it.

It is an older property, and they have tried to spruce it up some. The good - The outside looks recently painted. The continental breakfast had some good options. The outside pool was nice. It was right on the main road to get you to where you needed, and shopping locations were walkable. The price was good. The staff was very friendly. The bed seemed clean. The not so good - They have not been able to keep up with maintenance. Outside stairs were dirty. Electrical plugs brokens. Heater covers were rusty. Cable TV had no instructions, and very limited options. Fan in bathroom was not working. Mini fridge had no frames on the door to hold cans or other items. Carpets look dark and old. We don't spend much time in the room, so overall it was fine for what we needed.

The inside property was pretty rough. The sliding door was broken. You had to climb over an area filled with loose rocks to get to the outside door of your room. The rugs needed a good shampooing. The breakfast and staff in that area were all very good!
