The room was really spacious and quiet. Parking is easy. Office staff were friendly. I would give it a five star rating if I didn’t see that the complimentary breakfast sandwiches were packed in June and March!

The room we’re in wasn’t great. It was loud, you could hear other rooms conversations clearly with door closed. Also the room above the walking annoying, you heard every step all day/night. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless but overall it was a disappointment.

Great service, great staff, rooms are very very good. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the last year and a half and this place is by far the best quality and bang for your buck. The grounds are beautiful with amazing views of Callander bay. It might seem far away from North Bay but it’s really not. Max ten minutes even if you take the slower route. Best choice in the area unless you are stuck with the idea of having a restaurant in the building. Stay here and go for dinner. And no I was not compensated for my review lol

We loved this resort! It was peaceful and clean. Bed was comfortable. My husband loved the golf course. There are excellent local restaurants; we enjoyed the 1886 Lake House Bistro. We also hiked the Cranberry Trail; the birds will land right on your hand so bring some bird food. Lake Nippising is gorgeous. The staff at the resort were excellent and very friendly. We would definitely recommend and return to this place.

From the moment we arrived at The Terrace Suites in Callander, we knew we had discovered something truly special. Nestled just outside the charming town, the location is absolutely perfect – just a short drive (or run) from the main street with a beach and amazing lakeside parks, but peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. The accommodation was soooo cozy – it was exceptionally comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding and rustic furnishings to the little touches that make you feel right at home. The suite was spotless, with a perfect blend of rustic and coziness, and the views from the terrace were simply breathtaking – especially at sunset. And we thoroughly enjoyed the firepit for use. And the yummy breakfast brought the night before. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the incredible staff. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From sharing local tips to making sure we had everything we needed, their hospitality was second to none. It felt like staying with friends who really care about your comfort and experience. Whether you're exploring the North Bay or local areas, looking for a peaceful getaway, or celebrating something special, The Terrace Suites is hands down the best place to stay in Callander. We didn’t want to leave – and we’re already planning our next visit. A huge thank you to the team for making this the best stay ever!

Friendly staff, nice room, reliable Internet. Jacuzzi tub was great and the king bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Beautiful sunset view of Callander Bay from our front balcony, with a nice little 9-hole pitch and putt golf course in the back. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a deluxe queen suite with kitchenette. Perfect for a couple day’s. Staff were excellent! Would recommend this for sure. If you golf, they have an executive 18 hole par 3 course that will definitely impress ⛳️
