The pool, hottub and restaurant were all closed. No notice about that at timenof vooking. The A/C was extremely loud in the room. The hallway has an unmarked incline that is a tripping hazard. I know that for a fact as I fell and badly injured my knee. O would not recommend this property.

We came and left within 20 minutes of arriving. The halls smelled like dollar store carpet cleaner. The restaurant and pool are both closed. The beds hard hard and the washroom was filthy.

When we got to the hotel the front stairs were all crumbling, English was not their strong suit, we were told the pool and whirlpool were closed after it presented that it was open. We got into the room, the bathroom smell like sewage, there was splatter of paint on the floor, whomever finished the bathroom walls and seems need to change their profession. The beds were hard as rock, and the tv was snowy all the channels. Also the side of the curtains were off the rod. Very dodgy place. Don't believe the pictures on their advertisements.

There was hair in the tub from the last people. There was a lot of hair stuff to the wall beside the garbage can. The mattresses were hard. The lock on the patio door was broken, thankfully there was a bar to lock it. The screen door off of our neighbors patio fell off lol. Free breakfast was very minimal and used plastic cutlery. The pet friendly room smelled like urine and a hundred wet, rotting dogs. My little dog was overwhelmed, and I had a panic attack, went to the desk, and they canceled our stay. None of the services listed were operational. It is a filthy place, falling into disrepair.

Disappointed ☹️

We’ve stayed at a lot of Ramada hotels but this 1 was horrible. They called and asked us if we wanted a ground floor. Said it’s the exact same room and it wasn’t. Room was dirty. Hair on the bed and towels. Room smelled. The pool was empty. I was to have 2 queen beds and a pullout couch for my husband, my 4 kids and me. Our room had 2 queen beds. They gave me another room so we had 2 rooms but it was down the hall. So we had 2 separate a parent in each room with kids. What a disappointment. The door handle was broken on our patio door, mold in the bathroom, wifi didn’t work. I would never recommend this hotel. They said well you only paid $60 for the room I said no I paid $90.
