This was our 3rd time staying here in the last 4 years. We absolutely love this little gem. Always clean and the owners are great people too. We love that we can just walk across the street to the beach

nice place- simple

Simple hotel, maybe an upgraded 50's motel, but nice! Loctation across the street from beach access in a beach neighborhood. I would go back to this one

skeptical when viewing online, but the price was right so we decided to give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised. It looks plain on the outside, but the rooms have been recently updated, as have the restrooms. The room we were in had nice wood floors, so much better than carpet. There is a lovely, well kept courtyard in the center of the property and you can tell the manager takes pride in keeping it up nice.

My boyfriend and I had to book last minute in the middle of the night after an issue with the place we were originally staying. We wish we would have stayed here the whole time - the place was so clean, the water pressure and temp was great, and it had a nice little courtyard in the center.

Surprisingly Pleasant.

We were a bit leary about staying at a small independent hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m not sure but it looks like rooms were very recently renovated. The owners/ manager couple were very nice and accommodating. We will more than likely to stay there on a future trip to Norfolk.

Best little place by the beach

I love it here. Nick and his wife are so kind and wonderful. I never stay anywhere else when I’m in the Norfolk area. Clean and quiet and I love the courtyard area. Plus it’s one block from the beach with super easy beach access.

My Goto Place!

I visit Norfolk several times a year and this is always my first choice. Extremely clean rooms and grounds. The area is quiet and it's right across from the ocean! Who could ask for more!?
