The place is outdated and needs to start making some changes . Beds are ok it’s just the carpet looks dirty and needs a new dated look. It was dusty as hell in my room. Wasn’t clean . The heater popped and stopped working and smelled like fire .

Viktor and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left souvenirs at the hotel and they were very gracious in shipping our items back to us as soon as they were able. Very much appreciate the staff here. The hotel was as expected, the pools were nice and the location was lovely for a virginia beach stay away from any real noise.

Was placed in a room with black mold. Had yo move out yo the first floor from 5th. It had a broken hot tub not hot and that's all i wanted was hot tub. So my lungs and body acked beds were so bad too. Vomited up hotel bar food i dont drink but food wrap was rotten made me ill and vommiting. Watch out eith thos one.

Beach view was awesome! Disappointed that during my stay the indoor pool was closed; the hot tub was closed; the restaurant was closed; the playroom was closed. At a minimum I would have expected since beginning of October outdoor pools closed that inside would be open. I’d still stay again but was surprised.

There was no daily service of my room. And when asked for additional pillows and top sheet for the sofa bed, they were never brought up. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. Other than that it was great.

My family and I have stayed at this property a few times, this is the last. Supposed to be non-smoking, yet people are smoking on the balcony and it ruins it for those who don’t. I paid for an ocean front room and was given a pool view with a partial ocean view. Complained about smokers and was moved from 6th floor to 5th. Same issue with smokers and this time balcony door handle loose and hard to open. Complained again and was told I’d get a call back when another room was ready. Never did. Lazy river (inside) was dirty and left us with a nasty smell of mildew and dirty socks. Had breakfast one morning at hotel (buffet) and it was not worth the price. Powdered eggs, burnt bacon, and just not like it used to be. Hotel says it is getting renovated this fall so maybe they don’t care right now. Carpet fresh scent masking the damp smell of mildew and who knows what else. Overall bad hotel experience and we won’t be back. Complained to front desk and only got parking refunded, which we didn’t know we were being charged until we checked in. At least the beach itself was nice and we found good places to eat in the area. This was my retirement vacation, should have stayed somewhere else.

When we got there the staff was very nice to us & accommodating. Later gave us complimentary breakfast which was great. Hotel was clean & spacious. I believe we also had an upgraded room. Great experience

The beach view was ok the pool could have been better the rain messed us up so we had to go inside and you could not.swimm in that pool. The manager was nice and sincere with his apologies. Hopefully wgen they renovate the suites will have a true bathroom and not a water closet.
