Not a good look.

This was not the hotel I use the frequently stay before retiring it looked run down. The lobby was the best looking area of the hotel that I saw during my brief stay. I certainly would be hesitant in staying there again. I was totally surprised at how this hotel looked. It certainly did appear to be a Hilton

Needs updates and better service

The door of my room didn’t shut. They fridge didn’t work and tried to have a glass of wine and went to the bar half hour before closing and the bartender refused to serve me a glass of wine even when I told her that I wanted it to go to my room. The front desk employee did finally went I got it for me.

Brian provided the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. From calling him earlier in the week down the check in. He was kind, offered suggestions of where to eat in the area, and was very professional and informative.
