Staff and amenities and clean room my nieces first time traveling with me and they loved the hotel especially the breakfast and the teas. The youngest is 8 years old and she loves tea and she was so happy about the option she had with the tea at the coffee bar. She drank 3 cups there an took one with her after w checked out lol
