Property was not as advertised. Property was nasty, hallways and steps smeeled liked urine. Hotel room was not clean, food , dirt, and items under and behind the bed and furniture.

I got what I paid for. I thought I got the deal of a lifetime. Stairs and elevators smelled like piss. The A/C wall units have the hallways puddling with water you have no choice but to walk on. The room was disgusting, it looked like no effort had been put into cleaning it in years. The floors were dirty, and the bed covers were stained. We were told a mini fridge was part of the room but it wasn’t working and smelled like death upon opening to encapsulate everything. If that wasn’t enough, everytime we flushed the toilet the supply line sprayed water all over the room. We stayed the first night but I left early the second and drove 3 hours home after midnight just to make sure I didn’t have to sleep there again.

Reserved an accessible room and it had a bathtub with no grab bar. Wheel chair person would not be able to shower in this room. Ceiling above shower head was peeling. Room was clean but bed was uncomfortable.

There were people literally having sex in the stairways. The common areas and stairways stank horribly of urine. I had to step o we human feces to continue my way up the stairs. Furniture in walkways, i watched people use iv drugs in the parking lot. The best thing that happened was i got a refund due to I Siri g my trip. Hotel is a joke.

This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The ice machines are broken on every floor. I'm handicapped and needed the elevator but the elevator is out of order. If I could have found another room, I probably would have ask for a refund and went somewhere else.

Although the price is lower, the overall state of the hotel is very underwhelming, the front desk was very friendly and attentive, otherwise the hotel was quite dirty both rooms and the area, smelly and our nonsmoking room still smelled like smoke, with stained carpeting and bathroom was very dirty, it did its job for one night!

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not ready upon arrival, and we had to wait until 2 a.m. just to receive the keys and access our accommodations. This delay completely disrupted our vacation. Additionally, the website stated that breakfast would be provided, but it was not offered at all. Overall, our experience was frustrating and far below expectations.

The property is in disrepair, one of the elevators is working, the other one is operating at one third of the speed of tge first one. The TV wasn't operational, and maintenence came much later than promised, and repaired it twice. The AC unit is operating but the cover is broken. Room had three (!) table surfaces and no sitting chair, so one would have to sit on the bed. Maintenance had to replace light bulb in the he bathroom. The condition is expected from a lesser type of a property, not a Days Inn. The pool looked clean, which is a nice point.

The room was nasty it had blood on the shower curtain, the bathroom and towels was dirty the bed spread had stains all over them and the elevator smelled like ruin. Only thing was good was location. Never will stay there again. I had to go buy Clorox before using the bathroom.
