This hotel is the best among all hotels we stayed in Europe so far. It’s very clean, spacious and well maintained. Its elaborative interior design and decorations make it so unique even though its outside looks common. The buffet breakfast (included) was the best ever we had in a hotel! Highly recommended!

Dining team was solid, though food was only available during narrow windows of time. Reception was rather impersonal and rough around the edge s, probably because of lack of training and understaffed. Location is quiet with few dining options in the immediate vicinity.

My stay at Josephine Old Town Square Hotel in Prague was a mixed experience. The location is the big win here, right in the heart of Old Town Square with everything within easy walking distance, restaurants, shops, and the main sights all just steps away. The rooms felt dated though, more worn than I expected for the price point, and the bed was genuinely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep during my stay. That is a significant downside for a hotel, since a decent bed is kind of the whole point. On the positive side, the staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout my stay, which went a long way toward smoothing over the room quality issues. They were responsive and easy to work with whenever I needed anything. Overall not a bad stay, and the central location alone makes it worth considering, but I would go in with realistic expectations about the room condition and mattress. Three stars, held back mainly by the tired decor and the uncomfortable bed.

Arrived at the property with 4 luggage's to find out there is not elevator, no assistance. We were told our room will be on the 3rd floor. Took the smallest luggage to find the room, went up not 3 but 8 narrow stairs to barely find the room and opened the door to more steps to an attic. Front desk spoke no English, no manager on site. Traveled 15 hours across the ocean to be stuck outside looking for a hotel. This was a terrible choice and not meant for tourists. Luckily we were able to find a great hotel nearby who accommodated for the 5 nights and we had a great time in Prague.

Family suite was perfect for the 3 of us on our visit to Prague. Daily breakfast had lots of variety. Easy walk to metro/bus/tram as well as to lots of local restaurants. Maybe a 10-15 min ride to City Center on metro.

Good location, the bed is not very comfortable… can use the extra sheets and towels, and need to pay extra at the end for cleaning

El hotel es hermoso. El servicio es bueno. Pero las habitaciones no están preparadas para el calor fuerte. La que yo tenia era un sauna. Por suerte me cambiaron la habitación a una un poco mejor. Recomiendo que compren equipos para soportar mejor el calor.
