I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Novotel Nice Centre. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from your brand, and I am requesting a refund due to the following issues:
• Uncomfortable beds that made it very difficult to rest. We had to ask that the spare bed be made up because we couldn’t sleep in the proper bed and in fact this was worst !
• Broken shower and screen, which caused inconvenience during my stay. And water to poor onto the floor which we had to keep mopping up.
• Hotel pool out of service, with no prior notice given. The only reason we booked the hotel was because of the rooftop pool.
• Unclean areas, including visibly dirty spaces around the hotel.
• Lift service extremely poor, with waiting times of up to 20 minutes.
• Very poor-quality breakfast, far below expectations for a Novotel hotel.
• Broken public toilets, which were unacceptable in terms of hygiene and comfort.
These issues severely impacted my stay and made the experience unpleasant and frustrating. I trusted Novotel’s reputation for quality and service, but what I encountered fell far short of that standard.
Given the number and seriousness of these problems, I believe a full refund is a fair resolution. I kindly ask that you process this refund at your earliest convenience and confirm once it has been actioned.
I hope this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably. Thank you for your attention.
