The hotel has a great location, easy to walk to the Old Town, restaurants and cafes are very close by. It’s very lively and busy. The hotel itself looks old and very small. The red carpet everywhere seemed to be dirty, the corridors are very confusing and narrow with no indication for room numbers, so you have to go around to find your room. The room is not well equipped, it didn’t even have any tea or coffee making options.

Booked through Expedia. My electric toothbrush case was infested with cockroaches overnight—they were inside it, with droppings. Also found them on walls and in drinking cups. Unacceptable and unhygienic.

The room was not very clean, the carpets were worn, the shower head holder broke off the wall, the water smelled, but it was walkable and in the heart of nice. They did have a driver that worked with that had similar prices to uber, although we didn’t use them. Close to the city bus that goes to the airport.

Be prepared for loud, late night noise from surrounding shops restaurants. It is in a busy area, very near the beach. Not bad - just be aware!

Originally in a room above the restaurants street but was moved due to cigarette smoke smell (did not smell anywhere else and staff were fantastic in moving my 14yo son and I to another room). We were moved to 667 and it was absolutely quiet. Staff were fantastic. If you have a room above the street of restaurants - it comes alive in the evening with street performances. I don’t know what time they end as we faced another area with no noise at all :)

This was our first time in Nice and this hotel was a perfect spot to Old town Nice and restaurants. Staff at the hotel were curtious and room size was good. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Love Love Love Nice

Hotel is very old and smelly. Are is good but crowded, so a lot of noise from the streets. Additionally, they had a repair going on on the facade of the building that made us to wake up at 0&:00 am. Nobody wants to wake up at 08 during vacation.

The bathroom was tiny, they have only a bathtub where we have to move very slowly because we almost did not fit. And did not have a doors so only a tiny glass panel that cover a small part between the bathtub and the toilet so every time we take a shower the water was going out every were in the bathroom. The toilet was in front of the right side of the sink so close that we had to sit on the side not looking to the front because our legs didn’t fit. The room was very large not complain but with a very old carpet that was disgusting. The guy at the reception very unprofessional he didn’t know how to talk or explain anything. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel!

I came here with my family (3 of us total), and we did not have a pleasant stay. The only positive thing about the hotel is the location, which is basically in the middle of everything important — restaurants, train stations, and the beach. However, the condition of the room was subpar. The bathroom had black mold, with a very dangerously slippery tub and no side handles to grab onto. It was small; if you are tall or even slightly overweight you will have a difficult time in these rooms. The room itself was advertised as air-conditioned, but we all woke up sweating every day. Additionally, the terrace door is not soundproof, with the noise of the busy streets easily being heard from inside at night. Overall, I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Investing in another one nearby will be the best decision you make on your trip to Nice.

The hotel was clean, the staff was wonderful, the area was right were you wanted to be. I would stay there again the next time I visit there. I highly recommend this hotel.

They let us check in 4 hours early because they were done- so don't hesitate to ask. They said it wasn't ready and by the time we were giving them our luggage, changing into beach gear, and leaving the lobby- it was done and they let us up! Everyone that worked there was very friendly. You are so close to the beaches, main square, groceries, patios, and laundry. It is scenic when you exit the doors and you're automatically in it. Bars and clubs are 10-15 min walks away. Close to the train station (15 min walk) and airport (10-15 min uber). The only issues were that the safe wouldn't stay locked, the shower leaked like crazy (we did notice this was most hotels throughout our Europe stay though), the tv did not work, the power went out at one point (lights stayed on but the wifi and elevator were not operational for a few hours), the toilet had difficulty flushing after two days and it was evident when we did our final room sweep to leave that they did not in fact clean under the beds.... but other than that if you're in and out it's clean enough and nice enough. Breakfast was $20 euros a person if not booked prior which is nuts because it's typical breads, eggs and bacon. So order before or just go to the market two doors down. All in all Nice is very expensive so you're paying for great staff, convenience, and accessibility!

Location is great. Room was crowded. I couldn’t pull out desk chair to sit and no outlets remotely by the beds. One outlet oddly halfway wall in entryway and the only other outlet was at desk for lamp. For a room designed to sleep 3, that’s not enough outlets. Just heads up
