Property is good at a very good location. Breakfast is good as well. Not a 5-start because: 1. I reached onto hotel at 11 PM, just 5 mins after my stay I got a call from reception saying it is Quiet hours and I can't make noise. As a matter of fact I was just walking in order to unpack. I asked to allow me to switch to a ground floor as I had to unpack, to which I was told it isn't available. 2. They won't clean the room untill 3 days of stay. I believe there could have been a polite way to say that, if at all it applies.

This hotel is close to Niagara Falls Park, BUT it was not very clean. One of our pillows had a blood stain on it. The pillow care was clearly not changed, making me wonder about the rest of the linens. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so the bathroom was dropping wet after every shower. They're was no communication in the room regarding breakfast hours or their housekeeping policies (you will not have your trash removed unless you place it outside of your door). Walls were very thin. We could hear the guests next to us when they peed, upstairs walking around, and talking on both sides. Don't expect to be able to sign into Netflix or another streaming service. That isn't possible. You are sick with very basic local satellite channels.

This is okay hotel if you are on budget. Main thing is proximity to Niagara Falls State Park. Room is okay, bed is not that good. Breakfast options are not good. Staff is not very helpful.

The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. My mom's in a wheelchair and it was good to maneuver her. It was close to different places to eat. And close to the Ontario, CA border. Breakfast is awesome.

Sub par!

The front desk staff barely interacted at check in. I even had to ask if we were all done. Another guest stood in front of the other staff member that was clearly ignoring her and finally said do you need help. But whatever as long as the place is nice right … well the room was gross. There was hair all over the floor and the bathroom was gross! Towels were nice and sheets seemed clean (I sure hope they were) but it was like the floor had not been cleaned at all! And the shower was moldy. Also the drawers for the dresser would not stay closed. Not sure if the floor is that unlevel. At first I thought they were left like that to show they were checked but quickly realized you push them in they come right back out. Luckily it was just the two of us as this could have been a big hazard with children.

Noisy hotel

The hotel staff were great and the room was very clean. However, the walls were very thin. So the hotel was very noisy and we could hear the guests next to us every night. Additionally, the people above us could be heard stomping around each morning and night.

Staff were really lovely and attentive. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom and hair. Floor was sticky and all surfaces seemed greasy. Pool area was ok! Breakfast was absolute chaos. The staff could not keep up. Will not stay here again, despite the great location.

Better to avoid this hotel. 1.No cleaning in the room even you stay any number of days. 2 Servcie. Each and every time you have to ask front desk and request for stuff even basic things which is expected in the hotel. 3. Fridge was not working. No one came to fix it despite multiple request.
