The staff are very accommodating and were very helpful when I left my charger at home. The place is in safe surrounding area and convenient in tourist spots. Got to see the fireworks on their observatory floor included in our stay. Overall, great experience and would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful retro style hotel recently updated very clean and the absolute best view of the horseshoe falls staff were very friendly and attentive. Great stay overall! Highly recommend!

We had a room overlooking the falls with floor to ceiling windows. I think it had to be one of the best views in Niagara! The view took our breath away every time we returned to the room. I like that it is a small boutique hotel without a busy feel. The beds were very comfortable. When we return to Niagara I want to stay in this hotel, in this room.

The view is spectacular and staff were all very friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms so the lobby is never crowded and there are no queues for the elevator.
