Our view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend staying at the Tower Hotel. It's location is perfect to walk to restaurants, shops and the falls.

Felicia was amazing! There was a snafu where 2 internet reservations came in at the same time and she handled us like a pro. This type of situation could have destroyed our trip but she already had a solution and worked with Embassy Suites. She took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I did not find nothing special according to the price. Room looks nice but bath noooo it has hair of other people and some places dust alot like nobody clean since a month it was showing on lamp and napkinr box

Solo traveller, only stayed one night. Nice, clean room, modern (city view). The views of the falls from the observation / restaurant level were great. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Couldn't fault it. Decent location for the main attractions in the area. Good stay.
