The property was very close to the falls. The view from the side of the falls was amazing. There was a very big issue with the temperature of the rooms. I went with a group of people and we had gotten three rooms. Two rooms were in the falls side and mine was on the other side. The rooms not on the falls side had issues with the air conditioning. It was a 90 degree day and the room would not go below 75 with the air conditioning on. We went through 3 rooms until they moved us to the other side of the building where you could actually control the temperature. Before we were in our 4th and final room we had a fan provided to us that was very dirty. I am so disappointed in my vacation with the Sheraton. I defiantly will not be returning.

My room didn’t have any windows and when I asked for one that did they said it was a 400 increase but to book a room with windows for that night was only a 25 dollar difference in price.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in room 1174 11th floor ,from the 25th - 26th June , the staff were very welcoming and friendly . The view was amazing , room was clean and organized but the air conditioning was not working . We called front desk and a technician was sent up . He told us that the intake vent for said ac is in the TOILET , and that we have to leave the door open for the room to cool . We did as told and left for about 2 hours . We felt no change upon return . We called front desk again and they offered to bring up a FAN . We ended up getting a room change on the 12th floor which was kind of an upgrade but the view was of a parking lot of another hotel . No refund or discount , but we got free parking . I would still recommend this hotel for the view BUT , PLEASE check the ac before settling into the room .

Room had a lot of maintenance issues. They allow those staying at other hotels to use the outside pool which means that those staying at the Sheraton can’t get near the pool. We paid for the rooftop fireworks experience. Don’t waste your money. The area is roped off but others who didn’t pay just go under the ropes and enter. The bartender/server was trying to keep them out but she had her hands full as the only staff available.
