We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Fallsview. Loved the location for ease of access for main attractions and transportation. The buffet was one of the best deals around, the food was decent and you have many choices. The view was amazing we could see the fireworks from our "balcony". It was a bit noisy with street below and other guests.

The hotel is located on a great spot, lots of things to do around, lots of dining options, wonderful view of the falls. However, the property is old and unkept (old, worn out carpets, old pillows, etc.) The rooftop pool is nice but tiny. They closed down it half way through our trip though. The indoor pool is tinier and smells like sulfur. Do not recommend. The a/c in the room worked fine but made a lot of noise making it hard to sleep.

My family 2 nights stay

Great location if you have kids as it is very accessible to clifton hill, waterpark, hersheys chocolate world. The room was clean. The thing is the bath towel in our room was only 3 and our room was good for 4. We inform the reception and they are quick to adress your concerns, we also asked for a complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything was fine. My kids like the rooftop view where the outdoor pool is located.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Niagara Falls, and it truly met all my expectations. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view of the Falls right from my window. Waking up to that sight every morning was absolutely unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort and location so perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Niagara Falls — highly recommended!

We loved this property. The pool that was on the 5th floor roof had a fantastic view and fun vibe with a bar and cabanas. The location couldnt be beat, right across from the 2 smaller falls and a short walk to the Horseshoe Falls. Plus, its on the corner of Clifton Hill with arcades, go karts and tons of fun kids things.

Finding the parking was a bit of a challenge as was finding the lobby for checking in. More signage needed at ground level for easier access. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm. Upon check out we were supposed to have our luggage brought down from our room but no one got a call and we were waiting for quite some time before it all got straightened out.
