This is a motel style units. Extra fees were charged at check out since "third party sites dont charge them so they can have cheaper prices" (understandable) Breakfast was great - hot food, cereal bar, good coffee. They did let us stay past check out due to an emergency which was very kind.

House keeping is ONCE every THREE days, the place we were staying in had dirty sheets, the place the was practically falling apart, and the refrigerator did not work. The exhaust fan in the washroom did not work either.

The room that we stayed on has a very noisy ACU. It runs for about 2 minutes, and then silent again, then run again. It was very difficult to have a refreshing sleep. Because of this, the place is lower than average. It might be time to change the noisy ACU, before many more customers will be turned away. Lower in price, but for me, I would be willing to pay a bit extra next time, to have a relaxing and refreshing sleep.

For those that want an honest review here it is The hotel is a little dated but, spacious rooms, clean, quiet and safe. The pool being open until 11pm was amazing water was warm and the hot tub was excellent the pool room was a fantastic temperature, staff was excellent friendly and accomidating loved the balcony and the view of the american falls was decent, breakfast room was spacious and a nice variety of different food available the woman running the breakfast room was excellent dont forget to leave a tip at the breakfast bar. Minor repairs needed such as tiles missing in the pool area and pool area bathroom and the floors in the room were well loved but its a busy area and sees a ton of guests so things like that are to be expected. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel this is the one, convenient location and great, friendly service

The hotel has an interesting atmosphere and a great location. However, there are a few issues: there are no amenities in the rooms, and the bathroom lacks soap, so you will need to bring your own supplies. The decor is a bit outdated, but overall, you get what you pay for.

Our room was in the motel section. It was dated with the exception of a renovated bathroom. It didn’t appear very clean floors and interior window. For the price in the area we needed to stay it was ok
