Excellent location. However, the furnishings definitely need upgrading. The heating/air conditioning unit is pretty noisy and needs attention. hard to sleep with the noise. It was clean and comfortable and had the amenities you would expect. The price was quite reasonable given the location, but the furnishing were right out of the 60's

Excellent value for the price. This is an older property that is showing it's wear and tear, but it was very clean and everything worked. If you're going to the Skylon tower, its the closest hotel, and parking is included for free. The falls are just down the hill. Only a few rooms actually have a view, though.

They have a restaurant attached to them on their ad for the hotel it says they offer free deliver to any room in the hotel, ordered food from them and was told they don't deliver to the hotel that I would have to come down and get it.Ceramic floor in elevator was all cracked. Breakfast offered where choice of Muffins, croissants.English muffin, toast or cold cereal any hotel I've stayed at offer scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was average and pillows were good. Purposes of stay was to see a show at Fallsview Casino and we were within walking distance to the venue. Lots of establishments in which to dine in within the area. No carpet in the room we stayed which felt more hygienic.

Excellent location ! The only great thing is the location. Our room was dirty. It was located next to the stairwell access to second floor, but it was accessed by a door that banged shut the entire night as people went through it. The room was dirty. The linens had stains. We requested a cot that was delivered with no sheets. When we asked for sheets, she didn’t understand why we would need them. Reluctantly she brought us one flat sheet only. The breakfast waffle maker was broken. We loved the location but we were disappointed in the hotel overall.

The place was good value for the dollar it is old but clean and the staff were very helpful. WE had a beautiful view of the american falls and the parking was included. This was a good location
