The location is convenient, close to different amenities including eateries. However, I was not impressed with the condition of the rooms. We were first placed in a room different from what we booked, which was upsetting. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the room wasn’t very clean. I called the front desk to explain, and they gave us the keys to the room we had originally reserved. Unfortunately, that room was in even worse condition. It was dirty, the washroom wasn’t clean, and I even noticed rat droppings. Because of this, we ended up going back to the first room, which at least was slightly better. On the positive side, the staff were understanding and patient, which I appreciated. Breakfast was just okay. At one point, the potatoes ran out, and even though I let the kitchen staff know — and could see more were ready in the back — none were brought out. Overall, our stay was fair, but I don’t plan on returning.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself needing an inexpensive roof for myself and my son. This worked out amazingly and the staff was friendly and more accommodating than just providing accommodations, which was greatly appreciated 😊

I read reviews that said it was very clean and others who said the opposite. The price was very low, I needed a full fridge, so I booked the suite but checked it out before I took it. It was VERY clean. But seriously out of date. Carpeting was stained. Bathroom, very clean but in need of renovation. So good deal for the money. Clean but really needs updating. Also the breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. No coffee maker in the room. So this was annoying.

Smelly room. Bedbugs and cockroaches in the room. Lamp switch was broken. We saw another family checking-out soon before we left. Wish we had read all the negative reviews before staying here. We left after an hour check-in when we saw all the issues and still they refused a refund. Stay away from this property if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
