One of the most beautiful locations in a very Historic place, 2 mins from the Niagara River and a beautiful walk. Property is old but staff was friendly, We came in very late , and had trouble finding parking. But, boy woke up to a beautiful scenery z good hit breakfast, clean room and spacious bathrooms with upgraded walk in shower and Tub. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner modern. I would definitely choose this hotel on our next trip without a doubt.

Nice stay

Shower floor tile and lower walls could use good scrubbing. Should be soap and shampoo dispenser in tub area. Full length mirror is a must. Magnification mirror would be an asset for make up application.

I think they need to renew their rooms furniture. The room’s bath was not convenient. Towels were small and the room service is not daily unless you request it. Parking is not easy. The breakfast was great.

This hotel is in a very quaint town. There is a lot to experience in walking distance and it is conveniently located to major attractions. The rooms are beautiful and offer ample space for families. It can be noisy-you can easily hear people talking in the rooms next to you and walking sounds from the room above you. Overall, great location and quality.

Rooms are great. But when canceled in there were No luggage carriers available…front desk said that they only had two. Considering we didn’t check in till after 9 p.m. you would have thought someone would have brought them down to front door. Had to lug 3 suitcases and a large cooler ourselves and my daughter is 7 months pregnant. Not ideal. And parking is free but kind of random. Parking on street or parking down in a lot in front of hotel down two flights of stairs. Ugh. Breakfast was good also.
