Cuando llegamoa Un estaba sucia la habitacion q nos asignaron luego los cambiaron y tuvimos q esperar q la limpiaran tambien, el personal nada agradable, la comida del desayuno malisima, y en la Limpieza de la Habitacion limpiaron solo el bano No tendieron las camas Ni dejaron la habitacion limpia.

This is an ok property. I'd probably stay here again. The room was good, the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was there was no inpection notice on the elevator and it was a bumpy ride and the door seemed really sluggish.

Property was not cleaned the pool needed a good scrub was dirty all around. The rooms were not cleaned it looked like it was just a quick clean. There was hair in our bathroom it needed a good vacuumed. The breakfast was a joy from 6-9 who wakes up at that time needed to be at least till 11:00.

When we opened up the coach bed a condom rapper was just chilling right there . No sheets on the mattress. Went to front desk a gentleman did apologized and gave me spray and sheets . I had 2 rooms so i did them both myself.

The hotel was located in a good location with a straight shot to the Rainbow bridge that goes to Niagara Falls. It was really close to restaurants, gas stations and coffee/breakfast places. The rooms were fairly clean, minus the sticky stain on our carpet, and the pillows were so flat and hard, it was difficult sleeping. There was hardly anyone available far as staff goes. Breakfast was good, however I do wish that hotels served breakfast until 10am. Other than that, the hotel was convenient, fairly clean, quiet and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

My sheets were soiled and the remote for the tv didn’t work.. owner never came to fix the problem. Couch appeared to have blood stains as well. Wanted to change my room, but the owner only gave me sheets to cover the soiled areas

Very clean!! And family friendly. The guy that works there was very attentive amd responsive!!! They had a lot of option for breakfast also. My kids had a blast . Pool was clean too! Will come back again . I recommend it 100%
