We stayed with my kids and everything was walkable . Clifton hill restaurants lcbo etc...the restaurants were open late also. And the pool and whirlpool was so convenient. We'll definitely stay there again

Our 2024 truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot in the middle of the night. Our truck was too big to park in the parking garage area, so we had to park in the open hotel parking lot behind the hotel. It is not secure and is open to anyone to access and drive away with your vehicle. Aside from that, the room smelled a bit musty, the air conditioner was pretty noisy, the fridge froze our food, and there was someone else's hair on the bath mat.

There is a very strong mold smell in the room it should be from the air conditioner. At first got assigned room from the 4th floor as soon as got out from the evaluator, you wil notice the smell, and once you get into the room, you can the smell was so strong. We asked to change to anther floor, 6/f the corridor is fine. However once you get into the room, and AC ran for 5 mins the mold smell again. We need to used some strong air fresher to havr it over but doesn't help for the whole night need to keep using it every hours. Strongly advise the hotel the clean out the mold smell.
