The indoor hot tub and pool need some TLC. I was over charged 3 times for the resort fee and someone put food under our room number from the restaurant that was not us. Many phone calls later I’m waiting for the refund on the over charge and they took off the bogus restaurant charges.

Was disappointment with room placement. Upgraded as description said “higher floor” and “balcony” but ended up being ground floor with a room facing parking and main entrance and couldn’t have curtains open the whole time we were there.

The room was right at the entrance and there was a back door that you can step out for a walk if you want ...the bed was very comfortable... the linen was clean ..the washroom was spot on ..the air conditioning was good and I had a nice sleep that's all I need but the room was perfect....

The property was a great location. Rooms were ok and could use some updating. The air conditioning leaked and the keys would stop working (minor issues). The rooms were clean!! The staff was amazing and friendly. They acknowledged us as we walked by with a smile on their faces! The restaurant ladies and the food were absolutely amazing!! So kind and super sweet!! Enjoyed them every morning!! I would definitely stay here again as I felt comfortable and the welcoming feeling from the staff!! The pizza… no words for the pizza.. WOW!! Sooooo good!!!
