One night at Niagara Falls

The room was not ready after we checked in and we had to wait for it. This is unacceptable. Also the room smelled like smoke. After check out they never asked how our stay was. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Last year we had a better experience than this year.

When we checked in, there was a noisy child in the room next door. We spoke with the front desk about changing rooms, and although they first mentioned the hotel was fully booked, they kindly found us a different room after some discussion.
