There was poor quality to the TV, there were no light bulbs in the light sockets, there were water stains on the walls, and there were unknown stains all over the carpet.

Really old hotel. Needs to be updated. Looks like they only patch up the problems. The curtains didn't close. The carpets needed to be replaced. The shower temperature went from scalding hot to ice cold. The strong odor of bleach from the pool was throughout the hotel. The breakfast area was packed every morning.

Good value hotel

I stayed in a 2 bdrm suite. It had comfortable beds and pillows and although it’s a bit dated in the hallways and room; it was very clean and met our needs for the 2 nights we stayed. The breakfast options were ok considering it’s included with the room. They also have a separate cafe in the hotel with other breakfast options for purchase. We didn’t use the pool and it’s on the smaller side; I would say it’s good for kids. The location is perfect for all the falls activities. It’s just steps to a street full of restaurants and shops and all the activities of Clifton hill and a short walk down to the falls. The wego bus also has a stop near the hotel. I would stay again.

Rooms terrible smell , poor maintenance, pool smells heavy chlorine, bathroom sink slow drain, needed to have room door repair, keys were change three times. Won’t ever recommend. Air conditioner not cooling properly.

Ce que nous avons particulièrement remarqué, c'est la très grande propreté de la chambre, de la salle de bain. De plus, nous avons eu accès (d'emblée) à suffisamment de serviettes et débarbouillettes pour l'ensemble de notre famille (sans avoir à en demander). C'est très bien situé pour différentes attractions (très près de Clifton Hill, à 15 minutes de marche des chutes, à 30 minutes de marche de la "Power Sation"). Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement (stationnement inclus). L'espace déjeuner (petit-déjeuner) était propre. À part l'absence de fruits, les choix pour le déjeuner (petit-déjeuner) étaient nombreux.
