The particular room I had was very shabby. Wallpaper peeling in many places Terrible shower stall Windows all had moisture between panes making them cloudy Curtain rods were broken Carpet had gouges out if it Perfume odour in room...possibly from carpet cleaning chemical... was overwhelming and congested me. Bed was very comfortable.

The check in process was fast. The rooms were not that great. The window’s curtain was ripped in one of the room and inexistent in the second room. The beds were comfortable. The towels in the bathroom had a greyish color instead of being white. Toiletries not sufficient in the bathroom. One little shampoo, one little conditioner and lotion. We were three people in one room. Breakfast was included but the food was horrible. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the fall.

The hotel was located in an easy walking area and had free parking which is a big plus. But the facility was generally run-down looking (although clean) and it was very noisy inside the hotel due to the way it is built- the lobby/ open pool area is a large atrium and every room opens onto that. People talking or swimming makes the rooms very loud in the later evening. (or middle of the night too!)

Great facility and indoor space, bit tired but super value for the $$, excellent breakfast a big item for a family visiting and parking included, location is great minutes from Clifton hill and short walk to the Gorge to see both Falls. I’d go again to this hotel, it’s a no surprise winner for us.

My room had stains all over the carpet and curtains. My bathroom ceiling tile was all stained from leaks and one if the ceiling tiles was missing part of it. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Very old building. The AC was very loud, making it hard to sleep. We couldn't find how to change the temperature. No pancakes or yogurt at breakfast. Overall, not bad. Very good location in the center, free parking, and free breakfast.
