Rooms were clean and updated. Facilities at the water park clean. The only thing I would say is that the water park was underwhelming. It’s a little small and so I can see it being great for little ones. My 10 year old got a little bored with it. Overall, you get what you pay for. This was not an expensive stay.

I asked for extra rolling single bed they didn’t provide for fire safety purposes but the staff told me at the front desk they would provide one and they didnt they forgot too being one in , when I called in they didn’t give me one I had to sleep on the floor all night because my daughter don’t like sharing bed. I’m very disappointed I will never again book this place.

The hotels needs a refurbished soon. The rooms are big but they has a humidify smell. The micro looks inside like someone burned something on it and anything you put inside will come out smelling the same. The rooms was clean overall but those looks kind of rundown. The hallways smell like chlorine and there is no vending machine beside the one at the main lobby that has anything on it all empty.. The water park is good and the water has good temperature. There is like a cafe next to the pool in the arcade which the price are really high and basically serve the same thing you can get at the restaurant cheaper. Example chicken tender were 17.99. At the restaurant you get for around 9.50 the same chicken tenders fries a drink and a desert. The buffet breakfast is small and to my belief pricey. I was informed at check in tot he hotel that kids 3 and under eat for free at the breakfast and same thing told me the waitress who sit us but when the other waitress came to charge me I was getting charge for my 3 yeas old kid and I told her what I was informed at check in and she kept insisting that o was misinformed that the free breakfast was for 2 and under but she will check with some one. She came back and did not charge me for the 3 years old kid. Overall my kids had a good time in the Waterpark

DO NOT pay for the buffet breakfast. It’s the quality of a free motel 6 breakfast but they charge $19 per adult and charge gratuity plus two separate HST. Ended up being $47 for awful. Crazy rip off. Also only meat options are pork.

Liked the hotel, clean and compact. We loved the bunk bed room. The only negative thing I would say is after using the washroom, a very bad smell came from the carpet. They could also supply more coffee/tea pouches to accommodate the number of people in the large bunk bed room. Overall, we had a good stay

Price is right

We’ve stayed here plenty of times, it’s our go to. The staff is always friendly and kind, the waterpark is great. It’s not huge which makes it easier to keep your eye on your kids and even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel overly crowded. The staff is always friendly and kind, the hotel itself is very clean just needs an updating. We were on the second floor and unfortunately the people above us children were running back and forth so that’s the only complaint we really have is you can hear everything lol but that’s out of the hotels control obviously. Beds are small, decent, the pillows are comfy mattress not so much but it’s a hotel. It’s perfect for families and the price is right!
