So many flies in the room that we killed 8 or 9 of them and still had at least 4-5 bugging us in our sleep. Hot tub uses a sink faucet so it takes well over 30 minutes to fill. It notifies you of that in person but not on the website. Tub is barely big enough for two people, you have to overlap. Good price though, and nice bed. That's about it.

Had newly remodeled room much improved over last years visit. Replaced old outdated tub with modern walk in shower. Sheets/Comfortable & pillow had a "cheese" smell to them however.

Advance Inn provides air condioned rooms, clean rooms. Service was excellent. The area is quite sketchy. Many drug addicts in the area. I wouldn't advice to take children to this Inn. But over all we were somewhat happy with our stay!

Great value in Niagara Falls

The room was a surprise meaning given the price, I thought I would get an old, smelly room. However, I was surprised to find a renovated, clean, and air-conditioned room. No issues with parking onsite, and with noise, and the internet worked great.

Okay budget hotel/motel in Niagara Falls

The room had a jacuzzi tub and was very nice and clean. At check-in, the clerk was very helpful, friendly and offered to get us anything that we needed. The motel is a short drive from the Falls and has many restaurants nearby. However, the outside of the motel/hotel needs a big makeover. It's very dated and our room door looked like someone had forced it open at some point. The AC was not strong enough to cool the room, even though it was on maximum when we arrived until we left the next morning. The latest reviews I had seen were from 2021and I honestly believe that this hotel has improved a lot since then.

Homeless everywhere

Horrible. Homeless everywhere. People outside smoking all the time. Homeless going through the garbage. People off the street sitting on the patio. The person checking you in she's anything but cordial. For two people we got two towels and one washcloth. When I asked for a hand towel and another washcloth she told me to come back later because she has to wash them and I didn't get any until the next day after lunch. You can't run the AC and the microwave at the same time. The AC unit is almost useless it took 2 days to cool the room down. All the front desk girl does is give you attitude and sit outside and smoke. This is a horrible rundown place in a bad location.

Honestly was looking for a low cost inn or motel for a weekend getaway and this was good for us the rooms were clean and bathroom, had a fridge and ample storage for clothes drawers. One thing could do better with providing guests with a clothing iron and maybe more bath towels but overall a nice experience for a inn but to level up maybe offer hair dryer, iron and possible clothing rack to hang clothing. It was a great location not right in Niagara busy area but between all the businesses and attractions. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay if you dont expect all the hotel amenities, pool, hot tub, iron onsite restaurant etc.
