This place is to be avoided. Terrible smell, filthy room, broken appliances in room, just a total disaster. Random stains on the wall, filth in the corners of the bathroom, shower was gross.I travel a lot and I'm usually looking to save a few bucks with cheap accommodations, but this is seriously one of the worst rooms that I've stay d in in many years of this sort of travel.

reserved a non smoking room.. both beds had cigarette burns in linens.. pillow cases were dirty. ash on floor.. went and told front desk and theu said they would be upnin 10 min.. i was there 4 nights and still waiting when i checked out.. hoise keeping was nowhere to be seen.. 4 nights and not one bed change or room refresh!!! i paid ritz Carlton money and got a crack motel!!!

Truly horrific, disgusting, unfit for humans

This room was horrific. We had to go buy our own blankets and pillows to sleep on because the bedding was so disgusting. There was nicotine dripping off the walls. There was dirty toilet paper on the bathroom floor, pubic hair on the nightstand, the toilet was clogged, and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. We didn’t even take our luggage in or take our shoes off. I changed clothes in the car and we only slept in the room for 4 hours. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the rest of our trip. The only reason we didn’t leave sooner is because all the hotels in the area were completely full. The hotel staff told us we were “lucky” to have this room and they could have been charging us $1200 for it instead of the $300 we paid. The Health Department should shut this place down.

The hotel is very old and needs tp be upgraded. I would not take my wife or kids there. Breakfast consisted of milk, kid cereal, white bread and bananas -only. No protein meat products, or condements were available. Parking lot need to be cleaned daily. I stayed there beacuse I had to be close to another hotel that was hosting the conference I was attending.

OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. HOWEVER FROM THE TIME I CHECKED IN UNTIL 2AM THERE WAS A MAN OUTSIDE YELLING. COPS GOT CALLED & HE STILL WOULDNT HUSH THAT CRUSTY LITTLE MOUTH OF HIS. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED TO BE PLACED ON THE OTHER SIDE..

Had plenty of places to eat, close to interstate, only 30 minutes to cruise port. Room was very run down. Shower curtain was awful. Needs painted and cleaned really good. People running and talking loudly all night.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF HOTELS.COM. It was dead roaches all around, and it was just nasty. The rooms were filthy and reeked of smoke in the non-smoking rooms. The carpet was nasty along with the bathroom.
