Everything was great except one incident and not that big a deal We had went to the bar to get an advertised drink (literally advertised everywhere) and the girl was out of all the ingredients which seemed strange.

When we first entered the lobby it smells so good. It looked very neat and clean and I wish I could say it for the room as well. Our room wasn’t vacuumed. There were crumbs on the floor, the carpet was dirty. Our bathtub wasn’t clean either. There was hair everywhere. The bathroom door was rusty and paint was started to peel from the bottom Elevators were dirty too. For the price we paid I would definitely expect more.

When we arrived the first room had a dirty bathroom and dirty sheets. The bed had been made to appear changed but there were crumbs and hair on the sheets. We were moved to a different room where bathroom was a bit cleaner. When the bedding was pulled back there was hair and indentations in the sheets as if someone sat there. The clerk moved us to a third room that had a damp smell but appeared to be cleaner. We didn't notice until we returned from dinner after 11pm that the sheets, once again were dirty and had long hair. We called the front desk and asked that we get clean sheets. We never got a call back so at midnight my husband had to go down and retrieve them. We were up changing linens which was absolutely ridiculous. I did call the manager after we checked out and request a full refund which he did honor. As much as I appreciate that, I do feel that anyone checking into this hotel be cautious and check your rooms as the cleaning staff is clearly not cleaning these rooms and passing off a made bed to the next guest.
