I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! The staff was distracted when I initially walked in. And even though I was bused in, I wasn’t greeted until after standing and waiting at the counter for a few minutes. The young man who checked me in was kind and sweet, but was distracted by a woman that was there. The room I booked showed windows all around the bedroom but what I was placed in was completely different. I was given a room with a view of the street on the first floor with people walking by. The chain to pull the curtain down was hanging from the wall. And the hot water in the bathroom sink would not turn on. This wasn’t my first time staying here, but this will definitely be my last.

Very clean and beautiful. If you enjoy a walk outside like me you have plenty scenery to walk to. Staff Very helpful and nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and relaxing.
