Great location. Very close to everything. The room was very nice except it needs handrails in the shower and more than one hook in the bathroom for towels. A little bit longer hours in the dining area would be nice too. Nine o’clock cut off time is kind of early.

Clean, safe, and lovely accomodations providing an easy and enjoyable stay. Immaculate fitness room, no question the suite, fridge, microwave, and restroom were well maintained and spotless. We were on the second floor and there was a large, joyful 80th birthday party on the first floor. Despite open air space between the 1st and 2nd floors, we heard nothing were not once disturbed by noise. All staff we encountered went above and beyond during our stay. They accommodated and exceeded our needs after a horrible stay at a different hotel the night before. From the front desk to cleaning staff and maintaince staff we had positive, thoughtful, and fun interactions. They found our daughter's ipad and favorite travel blanket and held it overnight behind a locked door. Our daughter wrote a little thank you note, and the front desk staff member, Trell, taped it to the desk to share with the team. We will definitely return! Easy distance to the wonderful Buckroe beach area. Thank you!!!

I check in and the hotel bathtub was dirty. Hair was in the tub. We ask front desk to change rooms, They agree. We check into a new room but then discover the bed sheets in the new room was dirty. Brown stains on the sheet.. I will never stay here again!
