I booked this hotel on Expedia as I do every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the lady that called me at this hotel was very rude. She called me three times telling me that I need to put down payment on the hotel and then something else and ask her something else to ask her to explain it and she got attitude and was like well. I need the money now because you booked with third party. Which I didn’t understand and basically telling me that they would cancel our hotel if we didn’t pay the down payment so I got my mom to call just to get me a better understanding. My mom was taking to her trying to get the info that she needed and the lady hung up her not once but twice. I just wanted to know what was going on and to make sure I had my room so I had to book another room and just pay ahead of time because I wasn’t sure if I was going to still have my room which I needed. Anyway once we got there was an older gentleman there who was nice and help us get all situated with no problem. We got our room which was nice and we were able to not be stressed anymore. I most definitely would still recommend this hotel but just make sure to pay ahead if you can cause that situation was so unnecessary

Comforter on bed had stains on it. The sheet for the pull out couch had brown stains and tiny curly hairs on it and there was a bug crawling under the pillow on the queen bed. The floor had not been cleaned or vacuumed and the room smelled musty. We did not stay and left after notifying the front desk.

Graduation get away
