If you use a towel and need a new one you must take it to check in and exchange for a clean towel same if you need an extra bedsheet. The breakfast is microwaved items sausage , eggs microwave coffee was weak.We passed on breakfast. Air conditioner we turn it on came back to the room it was off shuts off after certain temp room was warm . Set the air again was on a timer

Th property itself if nice the amenities are great, however twice now that I have stayed there, I have had issue with excessive late-night noise from other visitors. I travel and have to be up very early, and the children running in the halls, banging on the walls is hard to sleep, sometimes till 2 in the morning. A little more control of 10pm quiet time would be appreciated.

Stay was great. Staff was kind, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was way more then I expected and was excellent. I will stay there again when we come back in October.

The manager that was on was not very nice. There was some weird issue with towels...no pool towels, couldn't get an extra towel for our room. The hotel was clean but not very friendly.

Overall good stay!

Really nice hotel overall. We were originally placed in a room that was faced alongside the smoking section, the room stunk. The hotel staff was amazing, appologetic and very accommodating to make it right. The rooms are NOT sound proof like it states, so you could hear EVERYTHING! That part kind of sucked, as you were woken up by others quite regularly. Other than that, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was great and different selections each morning. Security cameras inside and out so felt very safe and secure leaving my belongings. The hotel is close to a lot of things, making it very convenient!
