Parking and check in were easy. The room was generally clean but the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, the air conditioner was loud and the TV was broken. After discussion with management, we were told they knew that the problems exist but there was nothing they could do about it. Breakfast was ok- nothing special. We heard others complaining in the morning that the laundry facilities were broken. Seems we weren't the only guests who were disappointed.

Workers were wonderful but the beds were so hard that the second night I had to take the mattress off the sleeper sofa to get a little softness. So two night of really terrible sleep

Not worth the price at all

The room odor was disgusting. The curtains were broken and dirty. The bare minimum in room amenities is contained in this room. Not even the little pen and paper are in your room. The breakfast was even a disappointment. If I paid for a one/two star facility I would have understood that you get what you pay for. This room was priced like a three/four star hotel with one star quality. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
