Just outstanding service from top to bottom!!! Everyone treated us like family. My own complaint is that we were there over the weekend and plan to take Family up to the rooftop deck on Saturday evening only to find out that there was a wedding reception and it was closed. That would’ve been good information to have prior!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Wall Street Hotel. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a two-minute walk from Wall Street station and right in the heart of the Financial District with plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to New York. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Lovely room. There mini bar is a trolly cart with everything accessible. The price for the items was not over expensive. The bathroom was spacious Large bath sheets for towels. Plenty of towels. They provide robes. the hotel lounge has a great bar. The pigs in the blanket are exceptional. Le Marchand restaurant is lovely. Had the restaurant week dinner. It was delicious

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The rooftop bar is great (although the aware it’s not open at the start of the week). Great location for many of the main sights and close to Wall Street station. Would highly recommend.
