My only less than favorable comment was the music generated by the club after 10 PM. I initially thought it strange when I found the ear plugs on the sink but later realized why they were there. I was on the 12th floor and next time would request a room on a floor that was further from the music.

Fine hotel, needs improvement.

Great views and a good location in the city. I have stayed here several times before and it feels like the upkeep of the property is slipping. Not anything major, just lots of little things that feel like they should not be issues in a higher end hotel. The one issue I mentioned to the front desk was addressed promptly. Also be aware that on the higher floors (15 and up), the bass from the nightclub on the roof is audible.

Room wasn’t in the best condition I’ve ever seen, but the hotel as a whole is great and the service was top notch. Comfortable bed, great views, a bathtub the size of a small swimming pool. Enjoyed it!
