The Staff and service were amazing and attentive. The rooms definitely need a renovation. No more dirty carpets, torn bedsheets and lumpy mattresses. Time for owners to spend some money.

Great stay overall. Great location. Food + drinks + staff were great (both at the cafe and bar). The hotel was empty but thats not my problem. It was fine for a small, boutique, well-branded, NYC hotel — obviously this is not a resort but it gets the job done!
