Accidentally booked wrong hotel one night when my flight was cancelled at jfk and tried to cancel via expedia within 10 minutes. The hotel refuses to refund me, charged me $600+ for one night that I never got to enjoy. I heard great things about this place but the desk staff have given me the runaround regarding a refund or credit for this one night'd mistake booking,

We were in town for a wedding. Everything seemed alright, until we went to take a shower NO HOT WATER! What? I went to the front desk to ask for help and there was none! I was told there was no engineer on property. That’s all. No attempt to correct or help.

Room was extremely small with no closet space. Bed made a lot noise and creeks. There was a certain smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant. Room was so small that food stuck in the space. Overall, didn’t feel very comfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel one block from the beach! (Although we didn’t take advantage, they have beach chairs available for guests!) Small heated pool which was kind of crowded but still very nice! Room was small but plenty of space for sleeping! King bed was VERY comfortable! I also had a very nice massage in their spa! Would definitely recommend!!
