Great Spot!

Great experience overall. Door staff was very helpful upon check-in and check-out. Initial check-in staff were very pleasant despite being a little early. We came back at 4pm when our room was ready and we were greeted by Keegan who treated us to a room upgrade. Room was very clean and our floor was quiet. Great location in the theater district and subway station fairly close. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay was great, location is perfect distance from most of Times Square and the staff were exceptionally kind. I just wish the pillows were better, it was kind of like sleeping on a rock

We arrived at the property late at night around midnight. Tried to use shower and hot water was not working. Bathroom sink was also clogged and not draining. We contacted front desk and they sent someone to fix it but the issue was not resolved until the next day. Even after contacting the front desk we still had problems with the hot water. We had to run it for 15 minutes for it to heat up.

We had a great 2 day stay at The Pearl and it's name is truly accurate. The lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and modern. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the morning breakfast was appreciated. Recommend!

A spectacular hotel in every way

This was one of the best Hotel experiences either my wife or I have ever had. The staff was simply wonderful. Gave us a great upgraded room and we’re always helpful. The location was great. The continental breakfast was excellent and the rooms were the largest I’ve ever had in New York. Overall, it is the only place I would want to stay when come back
