the ac was not working. i read the paper instructions they have for the ac and i couldn’t get it to work. i called the guy and said to read the paper better. maybe i did miss something. but no i didn’t, called him back said it wasn’t doing anything and he angrily said he’s coming. he came to the room and messed with it for 5 minutes and then went on to say it’s my fault that i pressed a button i shouldn’t have. while he was going off on how i shouldn’t have touched it if i didn’t know how to work it i googled some fault codes it said on the thermostat ac screen and it popped up with a P0 code. the brand is gree. when i figured out it wasn’t my fault i figured he was looking for someone to blame. after 10 minutes of back and forth he said he was going to call someone that knows more about it and tomorrow should be ready. sure enough no one came and didn’t have an ac controlled room for 3 nights. over night employee is no help and doesn’t care, has big attitude and very rude.

As a new hotel, this facility is is not a really a good hotel I would say. First of all, there's no parking they offer or near by. When i called the place asking for a parking lot, they told me to park the vehicle at i side the mall next door. The parking at the mall over night with my own expense? So I end up parked my car a couple of blocks away since there was no free cancelation. Went in to check in, was told i need to make $100 cash deposit. It was just too crazyto start with. The front desk said we get the cash deposit back upon when i check out and make sure nothing is broken or damaged. Finally went to the room. The room was very small, i meant real small.plus i realized shelf was already half way fallen apart. I call the front desk. No answer so i took the photo and went down to front desk to show them it's damaged so they don't blame me later. He said ok. Went back to the room trying to take a shower. This time the showerhead was broken and the water splashes toward the ceiling causing a waterleak towards the side. Again, called the front desk and complained about it. This time, he came up and checked around and end up changing the room for me. They also offer breakfast, so i decided to go for breakfast before I leave, and what they offered was plain bread, coffee, and creal only. Plus the elevator was broken so i had to walk up all the way to the rooftop. Recall there was a man waiting for the elevator over 15 mins before. Overall, would not recommend or repeat.

Nice stay cosy place. be careful of the Deposit policy, returned the money with some deduction due to missing glass in the bathroom, which is completely stupid, I felt offended. after discussion with the reception they said its ok. TAKE SHORT VEDIO during the check in.

Super weird

Super weird. They make you pay a deposit in cash (who does that), then make you wait when you check out for someone to inspect the room before they give it back to you. Also I was there 40 minutes before checkin and even though the room was available, they charged me an extra $20, again in cash.

Cleaning staff doesn’t pay attention to the rooms that are occupied. One morning a housekeeper opened the door as I was using the restroom and my husband was in bed. Very unorganized, couldn’t even locate my reservation, witnessed two other altercations, very ghetto!!!
