Despite booking a king room I was given a double queen room. Bathroom door was inconvenient. Most staff at front desk don’t want to be there, very unfriendly. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

I have a great experience there. Check in was quick, friendly staff. My room was clean, and in perfect conditions. Warm and hot water. New updated furniture and bathrooms. Perfectly clean showers. Air conditioner working perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was great as well. Well stocked, variety. There was a problem with one of the waffle makers only one was working so I have to wait for 30 minutes for two waffles but other than that I never have a problem with my breakfast. Valet parking is expensive like 60 dollars. But you can park around the area free, I have no problem parking around.

Pros: The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean. The shower head had good pressure and didn't take time to get to the perfect temperature. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast options were plenty and the coffee/tea station was in a convenient position and always available. Cons: The water pressure of the sinks were low. Our floor was on the fourth and fifth floor and we could hear the people outside. Plus, the curtains are a light material so all the light comes into the room at night so it is difficult to sleep if you like your room to be pitch black. When we requested extra towels, it took some time (like 10-20 mins) to get them.

Dedicate 2-3 hours for breakfast

Our 2 nights stay wasn't great. Complementary breakfast was horrible, thousands of people getting served at a small area, many people were trying to steal the chair from others. Waffle machines didn't work , the long queue took almost an hour and at last figured out that the batter was so bad with full of baking soda. Another problem was with the bathroom door, there is not lock for it and it automatically slides to get gets opened after some time. One of the staff was so rude when I took one cup of hot water and poured into a jug. The only good part is that I was accommodated on the 16th floor so the view was nice.

The hotel was good and the breakfast too, although very crowded from 8 to 9:30 am. The location was not good, I didn't realize when I booked the hotel. It is in an industrial area and the surroundings were not good, we didn't feel safe walking from the subway to the hotel at night.

At the middle

Rooms were okay good enough, but too much noise from outside, building works, honking. At this location, sound proof windows are must. Breakfast time is only 3 hrs, long queue for hot items and sitting area is also crowded

All Good. Just need more vegeterian at breakfast

Rooms and check In was good. Only thing i would say is that vegeterian option in breakfast was very very limited. This disappointed us all as we had 2 kids. Normally all hotel breakfast got vast choices but this one had lots for non vegeterian. Its something to consider going forward.
