Hotel was in a perfect location to see Broadway shows. Subway station just round the corner. Room was lovely and clean and surprisingly quiet considering how close we were to NYC tourist areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel and room and staff were exceptional. The second floor was very noisy, not sure what can be done about that but just be aware, sirens and traffic from 6am-11pm My hot water was not working the first 2 days so cold shower but they sent someone up to fix it and my soap dispenser was empty when I arrived to the room and bathroom were very clean.
