Very convenient near Times Square & subway stops. Like the style of the hotel. Having stayed in this area a lot, there was a great deal more room in the rooms than most hotels in the area. The urban fee at the hotel ended up being much higher than expected.

Boutique hotel in Hell’s Kitchen

Great location on friendly staff real nice lobby. A lot of European vacationers essentially located to House’s kitchen easy walkable to the theater district really liked the room. I was able to do some work in the room overall I’ve stayed there many times. I’ll continue to stay there.

Absolutely great hotel central, huge rooms, nuce staff, coffee shop, and great restaurant/speakeasy bar/piano bar in house with cool concerts, close to subway stops of the 1 and CE lines, very very quiet for a great location in Hell’s Kitchen close to the park, Time Square and the Theatre District, and the MoMa. Always cabs and ride-hailing services in front and garage right next to it. This is for me a 10 over 10… And I never liked to give maximum grades.
Unfortunately I do not take pictures of everything I do, I go to or experience, I keep it for me, but here is a taste of the good quality art in lobby of the Romer hotel.

Not bad, would consider staying here again

The room, closet and bathroom was spacious and clean. Being on the 9th floor was pretty quiet. The hotel location is convenient and close to the subway station. Three mornings of playing rock paper scissors to see who had to put on clothes to go get coffee every morning from the lobby was a drag. Not having glassware also proved problematic. The two paper cups we were supplied were never replaced. We had to reuse them for 4 days to brush our teeth, sip wine, and use as bedside water glasses. On our last night, they bottomed out and soaked our nightstands while we slept.

The property is in a convenient location. Subway is across the street, many food options around, the area has just enough grit to make the neighbourhood interesting. The hotel rooms are large, the main floor lounge area typically has a buzz of guest activity that makes the it feel alive and not a stuffy hotel. I’d definitely consider staying again.

Great location for a theatre trip,very comfortable beds and pillows and a good sized room (king corner) - air con was very welcomed In the warm weather,rooms a tad on the tired side and windows were dirty but just minor issues on what I could consider to be a successful stay and likely to visit again!

The size of the room was very comfortable although the bathroom was quite small in comparison. The location is great! Near to everything Times Square and theatre district but far enough that you can unwind and rest. Nice number of restaurants and places to eat. Staff very helpful and nice. The amenities are basic. No frills yet convenient and comfortable.
