Home away from Home. Great Service from the Managers, to the Front Desk Staff to the Housekeepers and Maintenance guys! I still say, they should give Continental Breakfast at least on the weekends when room rates are higher in price. Overall they get a 1000!!!!!

Paid for my mom's stay at this location. Her experience was really good, the convenient location, staff, comfortable room, hot water. Only minor issue was the wifi which would freeze from timecto time. Likely due to her room located below street level.

The hotel itself was clean. Staff was great. No complaints about the hotel. The area OUTSIDE around the hotel is not a good or safe area. We had to walk to and from the subway on trash covered streets. Needles . Homeless / transiant . People very high and yelling and screaming or activly using . BUT..... the HOTEL ITSELF was absolutely AMAZING

We were put in a basement level room and we couldn’t open our window shades because anyone walking past would be able to see directly in the room. We found a dirty q-tip on our bed when we arrived. The wifi was atrocious and I couldn’t even watch a movie without it loading every 10 seconds. THE SMELL? Specifically the C2 floor had us wanting to gag each time we stepped out of the room. Lastly, the property needs better security measures. Anyone can walk straight into the lobby no matter the hour and about 90% of the time we walked in, staff didn’t even look up to see who it was walking in. Be careful walking in the area at night. It’s unsafe and we resulted to calling rideshares for when we had to return to the hotel from jamaica station.
